- BUX wallet system (virtual currency)
- Subscription plans (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)

- Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions (we will provide advance notice)
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Service

- Detect medical emergencies or dangerous conditions
- Provide alerts for unsafe nutrient levels
- Connect to medical devices or wearable health monitors
3.5 User Responsibility
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Monitoring your own health and lab results

4. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY

5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING
5.1 Subscription Offerings
We offer the following subscription plans for continued access to the Service:
- 1-Month Subscription: $5.00 USD
- 3-Month Subscription: $12.00 USD
- 6-Month Subscription: $20.00 USD
- 12-Month Subscription: $40.00 USD
5.2 Subscription Benefits
Active subscriptions provide:
- Full access to all app features
- Grace period protection (7-14 days depending on plan) if payment renewal fails
- Priority customer support
- Important: Without an active subscription (after grace period expires), you will not be able to use the app
5.3 Free Trial
New users may receive a 30-day free trial subscription:
- Automatically granted upon account creation
- No payment required during trial period
- Access to all features without BUX deductions
- Expires after 30 days unless upgraded to paid subscription
5.4 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled:
- Renewal occurs at the end of each subscription period
- You will be charged the then-current price for your plan
- We will notify you 7 days before renewal
- You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings or platform store
5.5 Payment Processing

5.6 Subscription Cancellation

6. BUX WALLET SYSTEM
6.1 BUX Virtual Currency
BUX is an in-app virtual currency used to:
- Pay for AI-powered features
- Access premium functionality
- Unlock advanced tools
BUX has NO real-world monetary value and CANNOT be:
- Redeemed for cash
- Transferred to other users
- Used outside the Kidney Diet Food app
- Refunded except as required by law
6.2 Initial BUX Bonus
New users receive 100 BUX as an initial bonus upon account creation.
6.3 BUX Packages for Purchase
You may purchase additional BUX:
- Starter Package: 100 BUX for $5.00 USD (0% bonus)
- Basic Package: 250 BUX for $10.00 USD (150% bonus)
- Standard Package: 600 BUX for $20.00 USD (200% bonus)
- Premium Package: 1,400 BUX for $40.00 USD (250% bonus)
- Ultimate Package: 4,000 BUX for $100.00 USD (300% bonus)
Prices are subject to change with notice.
6.4 Feature Pricing (BUX Costs)
AI features require BUX payment:
- Recipe Cleaning: 1 BUX
- Ingredient Matching: 3 BUX
- Process Ingredients: 5 BUX
- Nutrient Calculation: 2 BUX
- Generate Recipe Image: 9 BUX
- 7-Day Meal Plan Generation: 8 BUX
- 30-Day Meal Plan Generation: 12 BUX
Feature pricing may be adjusted with advance notice.
6.5 Wallet Inactivity
If your wallet is inactive for 6 months without an active subscription:
- You will receive warning notifications up to 14 days before cleanup
- Your BUX balance will be reset to zero after 6 months
- Transaction history is preserved for records
- You can prevent this by renewing your subscription before the 6-month period ends
6.6 BUX Transaction History
All BUX transactions are logged and include:
- Transaction type (purchase, feature usage, deduction, bonus, refund)
- Amount (positive for additions, negative for deductions)
- Description and metadata
- Timestamp
6.7 No BUX Transfers
BUX cannot be:
- Transferred between user accounts
- Gifted or donated to others
- Sold or traded on third-party platforms
- Used as currency outside our Service
Attempts to circumvent this restriction may result in account termination.
7. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
7.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
- Google Play (credit/debit cards, Google Pay, carrier billing)
- Apple App Store (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Apple ID balance)
